There is sad news coming out of the Forests of Bwindi Impenetrable. The oldest of the gorillas among the habituated groups has died. Ruhondeza as the Silver back gorilla. Was called died of old age. It is believed Ruhondeza had reached the age of 50. He was the leader of the Mubare group, a group he guarded so well until the time of his passing on. This Mubare group is the one that kick started the gorilla tracking in B windi National Park.
